Use Case Step: Physical Delivery of Goods purchased online in the Digital Farmer Marketplace


Once the seller receives confirmation about the remittance by the buyer, he searches for a logistics service provider (courier company) from to deliver the product to Raghu. He finds one courier company that delivers at Raghu’s location. The seller generates an invoice in Raghu’s name and address. The seller pays the courier company for on-site pick up and the courier company picks up the good and delivers to Raghu. On receipt, Raghu provides the authentication code to the delivery person. The code  gets authenticated and the seller receives payment.

  3. Logistics provider identifies Raghu’s location and delivers the goods
